Meet Arazeli Wagner
Colorado Trauma Therapist
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I do this work because I know it works—I’ve done it myself. Like many of you, I come from childhood trauma that was later revealed to be part of a larger generational story. In my early twenties, life felt confusing, difficult, and painful. It took courage to sit with that pain and learn the tools to heal, and through that journey, I found fulfillment, joy, and a healthier version of myself.
I believe each person has a unique story to be told and to be heard. Our childhood experiences shape who we become as adults, and along the way, we often pick up patterns—some we’re aware of, and some we carry unconsciously. Many of the struggles we face are rooted not only in our own experiences but also in generational patterns of pain. Healing allows us to understand these patterns, break cycles, and reclaim our lives.
As a trauma-informed therapist, my work centers on helping people heal the emotional imprints left by generational trauma, childhood experiences, and attachment wounds. I provide online therapy throughout Colorado and work with clients who are ready to understand their patterns, feel more grounded, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Therapy, to me, is a safe and compassionate space where we slow down, explore your inner world, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been hurt, silenced, or overlooked. I’m here to hear your story, validate your experiences, and support you as you develop self-compassion, emotional awareness, and healthier patterns. Healing is possible, and together we can create change that is authentic, lasting, and uniquely yours.

Therapeutic Tools I Use
-
Psychodynamic therapy helps us gently explore the deeper layers of your story—especially the emotions, patterns, and beliefs shaped by early relationships or past experiences. Together, we look at how these unconscious patterns show up in your life today and may be contributing to the challenges you’re facing.
This approach offers space for insight, self-understanding, and meaningful emotional healing. As you become more aware of what’s beneath the surface, you can begin to shift long-standing patterns, feel more grounded, and create lasting change in your relationships with yourself and others.
-
Narrative Therapy invites you to explore the stories you’ve been carrying—about yourself, your relationships, and your past. Many of these stories were shaped by experiences, expectations, or messages you learned early on, and they may no longer reflect who you truly are.
Together, we gently rewrite these narratives so they honor your strength, resilience, and growth. This approach helps you see yourself with more compassion and choice, creating space for a new story that feels aligned and empowering.
-
Attachment-based therapy focuses on the ways early relationships influence how you connect, trust, and show up with others today. We explore your patterns with curiosity, not judgment, and look at the needs that may have gone unmet or unseen in the past.
Through this work, you can begin developing healthier, more secure ways of relating—with yourself and the people you care about. It’s a deeply relational approach that supports emotional safety, connection, and lasting change in your relationships.
-
Art Therapy offers a gentle, creative way to express emotions that can be difficult to put into words. You don’t need any artistic skill—just a willingness to explore.
Through imagery, color, and movement, you can access deeper feelings, gain new insights, and process experiences in a safe and supportive way. This approach is especially helpful when verbal expression feels overwhelming, stuck, or limited. -
CBT helps you notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or low mood. Together, we explore these patterns with compassion and identify small, supportive shifts that can help you feel more grounded and empowered.
This approach is practical and collaborative, offering tools you can use outside of sessions to create meaningful, day-to-day change.

My Philosophy
I meet clients where they are—with compassion, empathy, and curiosity. Every person’s healing journey is unique, and therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we explore what matters most to you, identify obstacles, and develop strategies that work for your life.
I believe that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. While the path may not always be easy, it can be transformative, empowering, and deeply rewarding. My goal is to help you uncover the wisdom, resilience, and strength that already exist within you.
You are seen. Your story matters. And your journey toward healing and self-discovery is worth every step.
